Schon seit einiger Zeit, können wir solche oder ähnliche Schilder lesen, wenn wir ein Schwimmbad besuchen möchten. Das gibt es aber nicht beim Vogelknipser, dessen Badestellen sind alle geöffnet. Hier kann und darf nach Herzenslust geplantsch und im Wasser getollt werden. Selbst bei dem kaltem und trüben Wetter der letzten Tage waren die Badestellen gut besucht.

That was the problem – you clung too much to the EU and nothing came from there. The EU has consistently failed. It only got better when everyone went their own way. Federalism in Germany also meant that everyone could have a say. Now the whole thing is over, the solution was to change a law. It took a year and many people died in that time. India is very bad, no plane from India is allowed to land in Germany.

I’ve heard that it is quite bad all over Europe (not to mention India!!), but it will be so good to have these lockdowns lifted.

In the beginning the vaccination in Germany went very slowly, the population was now calm. Now the vaccine could be better obtained. Now vaccinate very quickly. With the vaccination, there should also be government reforms. We currently have a curfew, many shops are closed and we are not allowed to travel with our camper in Germany, all campsites are closed.

Yes, plants help too, sometimes we see insects land on the water lily leaves

Interesting thanks. Our garden pond is heavily vegetated and the water lily and other leaves leaves provide useful landing stations for insects too.

I use stones for the small water holes, for larger areas like the fish pond I use corks that float on the water. The splash of water from a fountain is enough for bees if the water falls on a stone. I set it up that way and the insects use it
